In 2003, Chef Christopher Farrugia opened Ambrosia—a quaint eatery nestled in the heart of Valletta, the historic capital of Malta. Catering primarily to the corporate market, Ambrosia initially focused on serving lunch and quickly gained popularity for its uncomplicated yet refined approach, where fresh ingredients and the principles of the slow food movement shaped a relaxed, elegant dining environment.
