After 40 consecutive years, Ambrosia Valletta is now permanently closed.
Our journey began in 1985 with Christopher in Marsascala and Ta' Xbiex, before becoming Ambrosia in Valletta. For four decades, it was our privilege to serve guests with care, craft, and respect for fine dining.
We now continue our hospitality journey more quietly from our boutique home B&B in Fontana, Gozo.
